I personally prefer it on Hilary since I like the color combination better and I don’t like dress paired with black tights as seen on Jessica Alba.
Also, I like the shoes Hilary chose to wear with the dress, the match perfectly. The golden bangles give the dress a nice finish.

I prefer Jessica’s, even if you’re right, the black tights with that white dress are a mistake!( and the shoes too!)
If I choose, I’d rather prefer the outfit of Jessica Alba. It’s a kind of fashion that she has a style of her own. She has a freedom to choose what she wanted to wear as long as she feels comfortable and confident of herself. The white silk mini-dress seems perfectly match to wear at evening occasions. She knows how to carry herself with her mini dress. Her well-fitted silky black tights revealed her long-legged figure. Her black tights give emphasis the time of the day as well as her closed-leathered shoes. Her total outfit is indeed as shining…shimmering….splendid!!! In fairness I can say that she is more fashionable than Hillary Duff.
