It is time to start looking ahead towards winter and getting our wardrobe ready for the cold days ahead. One look at the 2009 Winter Collection of Prada Clothing is enough to have you cheering for the first snowflake to fall.
Prada never disappoints us. For women there are balloon tops, beautiful silken blouses, dresses for an evening out, jeans for those more casual days, woolen scarves to wrap our necks from the cold and down filled coats to protect the ladies from the elements.
Men will love Prada this season. Prada offers all styles of wonderful shirts ranging from casual polos to stylish cotton dress shirts. To stave off the cold, a nice wool cardigan will be just the thing for any guy that appreciated fine style and workmanship. Or, for those not into cardigans, what about a wonderful wool pullover, v-neck worn over a contrasting button down shirt? If your guy is a bit into a Western look, Prada presents a “nearly Western” heavy cotton shirt with wide back yoke and button down pockets. So guys, Prada is not only for the ladies, look at Prada on your next online excursion and you’ll see what Prada can offer you.
Ladies, you have known all along that Prada clothing means style and luxurious clothing and accessories. We all know that Prada is most famous for its fine quality leather products. Have you seen the great black leather skirt in the Winter 20009 Collection? It is hallmark Prada with flats seams, zippered back and clean finished waist. This skirt reeks of elegance and simplicity . You could not go wrong with this skirt; it will go with anything you decide to wear with it.
Ladies and gents! Make a statement about your style and taste, wear Prada with pride.
For those of us eagerly awaiting the arrival of Prada’s annual Fall/Winter collection of women’s shoes, the wait is over! The Fall/Winter 2009/2010 Collection is finally here and once again Prada thrills us with a wide array of shoes guaranteed to make any shoe aficionado drool.
Prada shoes for women are always a great choice to complement any outfit and this collection is no exception. Once again Prada has created designs to suit every need from sports shoes, classic pumps and peep toes to knee high leather boots. The Prada Fall/Winter Collection has something for all women who demand high quality, high fashion shoes.
Charming black leather Mary Janes embellished with silver studs and the cutest little bow peek at you from the page alongside luscious rich brown suede ankle high, zippered boots with 4” heels.
Prada clothing for women is always high fashion and in impeccable taste. Prada denim jeans make you feel like a model when you slip into a pair of these form fitting, body flatterers.
Most of us girls like to dress down occasionally and still retain our sense of style. For times when you feel like slipping on the casuals and strolling in the park, Prada’s sport shoes and a pair of Prada jeans is just what you need. Light weight, comfortable and classy, the Prada Sports Linea Rossa women’s sport shoe comes in white with gold accents and includes the Prada logo prominently displayed on the side.
Prada women’s shoes are simply spectacular and their women’s clothing is as always, the gold standard of ladies fashion. Would we expect less from Prada? Let the little devil in you shop for Prada online at styledrops.com; after all we all know that even the devil loves Prada!
Miuccia Prada and her design team certainly has eccentric tastes, but you can see that they really work every trend that they push. No effort or detail is done haflheartedly with the powerhouse fashion label, and that goes for everything in the business from their famous shoes to their rather unusual clothing.
In case you live in the kind of place where the cold is a perennial fact (Alaska and certain Canadian regions instantly come to mind), cold weather gear is a must for all 12 months of the year. Prada, fortunately, has the goods to keep you both cozy and chic. No oversize Eskimo coats here, just endless Italian style.
The great thing about getting clothes from a designer label like Prada is that even the smallest details get a lot of attention; it’s not just their grandiose runway looks that they care about. That extends even to their collection of gloves. While obviously not a major component of the Prada clothing line, they bear all the signatures of genuine Prada pieces.
If you liked the Prada collection that the brand sent down the runways for F/W 08, the Prada touch on these finned lambskin gloves ($502, styledrops.com) is instantly recognizable. There’s that same asymmetric flow that made the finned Prada bags from last season so much more dramatic than all the rest. It’s one pair of gloves that will keep any stylish woman comfortably warm.
A more recent trend is Prada’s newfound love for flame designs, as seen on this pair of brown lambskin gloves ($502, styledrops.com). It’s still on a couple of Prada tote bags in the label’s S/S 09 collection, so it seems that this isn’t going out of vogue just yet. Besides, that contrast leather detail adds so much attitude to an otherwise ho-hum pair of hand warmers.
Sure, these babies are labeled as part of Prada’s collection for last season. But with the kind of quality and aesthetic that goes into this kind of product, they’re items that you could wear practically any day of the year. Who cares if it’s already S/S 09? Go ahead, wear them. They’re Prada and they’re yours.

If you were following Miuccia Prada’s collection last Spring 2007, you’d be downright shocked by the fashion trends strutting down her runway for Fall 2008. In place of the ultra-short pieces she came up with just over a year ago, she came up with a collection so bedecked in lace it was sure to cause a shortage throughout Italy. The overall result, although less daring, was no less chic for the new style. But then again, you couldn’t expect less from the mighty Miuccia Prada.
Take, for example, the look in the photograph. All in all, it appears very conservative with a palette that sticks to neutrals – that is, beiges and browns. Long-sleeved tops, mock necks and full below-the-knee skirts don’t leave much skin showing, and gives one the initial impression that’s more ‘Grandma’ than ‘Glamorous.’
The devil, they say, is in the details, and this season Prada clothing right there with him. Only upon closer inspection do the intricate lace patterns pop out and give you the full effect of the outfit. An image that would otherwise have been drab and plain is transformed into one that’s delicate and very feminine. For Prada’s Fall 2008 collection, baring your legs isn’t the only way to proclaim your femininity.
Even the bag gets that same look of delicateness with all the details and ruffles hanging off of it. The garments might not be as free and flowing as many would like, but there’s a lot of action in the accessories department that would make up for it.
It has been a long time since I have splurged myself in shopping for tops and skirts. Finally when I have decided that I am bored of all that is my collection, I visited styledrops yet again to find an amazing range of tops from Gucci and Prada.
A white top from Gucci, done almost in lace and sporting a buckled belt at the waist was what I could not keep my eyes away from! A smoky white tee shirt from Gucci was also luring. I tend to fall for the casual yet classy appeal in the Gucci and Prada clothing. This time was no different. I fell for a black pencil skirt from Prada white trying to team up the Gucci top!!
I am in a total mood to pamper and spoil myself in to more of clothing- especially girly wears! So Prada’s white skirts, with frills and pockets, sporting a low waist look, are quite tempting as well. White has that essence of sexiness along with the well etched ethos of the society.
Gucci has an awesome red skirt with black work done on it. The best part of course is that I can wear these both at work and at casual outings! I really cannot wait to wear my white skirts out and check the applauding eyes!
Are you ready to shop yet? Then by all means check the Gucci and Prada ranges at the store without delay!
Summer has struck sweetly , silently again this year and white is the most soothing color of the season. White shorts, three fourths, knee length skirts are all in. Prada has launched quite a few apealing shorts and half length pants this summer.
Recently I checked out the store and came across a pair of white cotton shorts. I must say they would looks stunning on a moderate to slim figure. The design is available in quite a few colors but the white, when teamed with a frilled black or light green, cotton sleeveless top, will look dashing. The last touch is to wear a sexy brown belt with buckles with it and define your waist.
In fact, Miu Miu has launched a low waist reddish pink mini skirt for this spring summer collection that looks superb with a little pleat and a pocket on the right. Teamed up with a white casual wear, you can easily have many hearts swooning. Personally, I recommend you to go for shorts and minis if you have well toned legs and can comfortably carry them.
The best part about short clothes is that you can wear both sneakers and girly shoes with them to give a completely different meaning to your look. Straps and belts always look cool but at times our feet need breathers too. Besides, you can keep your options open among hats as well. Because shorts sport the casual look, you can afford to be either carefully careless or really careless.
I am in for shorts this spring. Are you?
