Today morning my mother came to her sleeping beauty ( that’s me) , woke me up and kissed on my forehead and said – “Happy Birthday”. I hugged her tightly and took her blessings. While leaving my room my mother turned to me and said – “buy you something  for the evening party”. I was so excited to get a chance to buy my Gucci handbags & Prada shoes which I have been checking on Styledrops.com for long with every new collection.

For me, summers mean a lot of shade and cool. This year the summer has struck in style so that you can sport a lot of shades and covers. Gucci and Prada have launched a cool collection of hats for this Spring- Summer 2008.

While surfing through, I found a black hat from Prada - simple yet casual and sporty, made perfectly for both picnics and beach side parties. It quite puts away the sun and is a real cool wear. Another hat that struck my fancy is a cap with velvety fur on the back side from Gucci. Available in two colors, light and a darker shade of brown, both look very elegant and stylish. That indeed is a great way to keep your head cool!!

Summers are never complete without shading your eyes. In fact I consider eye shades as the coolest of accessories. They cover your eyes, making the other person guess what might be behind those colored glasses. Miu Miu has come up with this olive shaded moss color glasses which look awesome in the sun. They are a good protection from the sun and a pretty neutral shade to look chic with all your clothing. If you like even more neutral tones then go for Gucci dark grey shaded glasses.

So this summers, as always, I am into splurging shades. They made me look cool when the summers are hot and hot when I am cool!!! What is your shade for this season?

Summer has struck sweetly , silently again this year and white is the most soothing color of the season. White shorts, three fourths, knee length skirts are all in. Prada has launched quite a few apealing shorts and half length pants this summer.

Recently I checked out the store and came across a pair of white cotton shorts. I must say they would looks stunning on a moderate to slim figure. The design is available in quite a few colors but the white, when teamed with a frilled black or light green, cotton sleeveless top, will look dashing. The last touch is to wear a sexy brown belt with buckles with it and define your waist.

In fact, Miu Miu has launched a low waist reddish pink mini skirt for this spring summer collection that looks superb with a little pleat and a pocket on the right. Teamed up with a white casual wear, you can easily have many hearts swooning. Personally, I recommend you to go for shorts and minis if you have well toned legs and can comfortably carry them.

The best part about short clothes is that you can wear both sneakers and girly shoes with them to give a completely different meaning to your look. Straps and belts always look cool but at times our feet need breathers too. Besides, you can keep your options open among hats as well. Because shorts sport the casual look, you can afford to be either carefully careless or really careless.

With the summers striking in, how do you plan to deck up your closet? Recently I came across a new clothing range by Gucci from their spring-summer collection 2008. I must say I can’t wait to wear them! Pink never goes out of fashion for women. One of those pink Gucci dresses took my heart away.

With a simple black bow at the waist, I must say I should look sexy on most of the girls. The Bateau neck, the detailed pleat on the side and the side zip make it all the more eye catching. And the good thing is that I can wear it both to office and an evening party. The best part about this line of clothing, among the dresses, is that they are casual, comfortable yet classy.  

As for that matter, the yellow dress one shoulder strap, with the black felt bow and a strap holding it to you, looks ultra sleek and I must say hot!! The side zip makes it all the more comfortable. We have been talking a lot about yellow this spring, and this dress definitely is an addition to our closets.

The perfect pair of shoes for those pretty feet, with these dresses would be a pair of black stilettos with nice straps and belts from Miu Miu.
